Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give us 72 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. We understand emergencies happen, but out of respect for your stylist, please give them time to refill your spot.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the reserved service amount. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount. If a client cancels several times, a 50% deposit will be required to book future appointments.
Late Policy
If you are over 20 minutes late for your appointment, your current service will not be accepted and will be rescheduled. If booked for a color service, your service will be modified accordingly, as we would not have the time available to complete the original service (Ex: full highlights will become a partial highlight).
No Show Policy
Those who do not show up to their appointment and do not answer our phone calls/reminders, will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the requested service amount. Any Cancellations up to 6 hours before an appointment will be considered a no show.
